For us, we will be looking at some detours, particularly for going south, but on the whole things look reasonably good. A few key points:

• From a half-mile south of Kelly to about a mile north of Gattis School Rd, 685 will be split into an access road on either side of SH 130.
• In that space, the crossing points will be bridges at Kelly/Wilke and at Gattis/CR138. There will be no crossing at Rowe or Priem.
• Perhaps the most disappointing thing to me is that it does not look like the Gattis/CR138 crossing point will have U-turn lanes, meaning that we will have to wait for the light and do two left turns. The crossing at Kelly/Wilke, however, will have U-turn lanes.
• There will be access on and off SH130 between Kelly and Gattis as well as between Kelly and Pfluger.
• With access roads on both SH130 and SH45 where they intersect, it is likely that those open fields will be zoned for commercial use, making it an attractive spot for shopping centers. Note: this is pure speculation on my part, but I would be very surprised by a different result.

A few likely paths are:

• Rowe to Northbound SH130: There are three possibilities:
  
  1. Take Alger to Dalshank to the access road, and you just might be able to shoot across to the onramp
  
  
  2. Take the access road north, past the light at Gattis, past the light where 685 splits off, and then get on the onramp
  
  
  3. Take Hodde south to Kelly to the access road and use the onramp between Kelly and Rowe.


• Rowe to Southbound SH130: Take the access road north to Gattis/CR138, and do a double left, then take the onramp.


• Northbound SH130 to Rowe: Two possibilities:
  
  1. Take the Kelly exit onto the access road, go through the lights at the 685 split and Kelly Lane and then turn right on Rowe.
  
  
  2. Take the Gattis exit, and either double back on the southbound access road to Kelly and then back up to Rowe, or take CR138 to Jake's Hill Rd. to Rowe.


• Southbound SH130 to Rowe: Take the Kelly exit and use the U-turn lane to double back on the access road up to Rowe Ln.


• Rowe to westbound SH45: Take the access road north to the Gattis/CR138, double back on the southbound access road, get onto SH130-southbound very briefly, and take the SH45 exit.


• Eastbound SH45 to Rowe: Take the northbound-SH130 ramp and exit immediately. The map is a little unclear here, but it looks like you have the chance to get onto the access road as part of the ramp. That would put onto the access road south of Rowe.
