Full minutes:

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Those in attendance were Al, Cliff, LaJoy, Gene, Johnny, Ray and Ron Penn. The minutes from the April meeting were approved.

The board authorized the mowing of the park area and dam by Amazon Services. The park has been mowed, but the dam has not been cut yet. The repairs on the dock have also been completed.

The changes that the board would like to see made to the deed restrictions were the next items of discussion. It was suggested that the list of materials regarding outhouses be eliminated so that the ACC has the final say on the approval. The plan is to send a mail-out to each homeowner and have them vote yes or no on each paragraph after the rules committee has made all the revisions.

Ron reported that many of the homeowners that have not paid their annual dues have been turned over to a credit bureau.

In old business, the board agreed to a contract with Amazon Services for grounds maintenance. They are to mow once a month for the 8-month growing season and once during the off-season. Also in old business, it was agreed upon by the board that the ACC will handle minor variances requested by homeowners. Any major variances are to be voted upon by the board.

The next meeting will be on June 3rd. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
